About Me

As an OB GYN resident, I realized many of my patients from low-income, disenfranchised, and vulnerable communities were facing the same problems and systemic barriers that impacted their health and wellbeing. My experience treating patients propelled me to found Physician’s Touch Consulting to address the root of these systemic issues. For more than 15 years I’ve worked with corporate philanthropies, non-profits, entrepreneurs, and small business owners from all over the world who share my passion for helping the most vulnerable communities thrive. Coaching and Human Resources Services

My dream is for all people to have successful careers that bring meaning to them and allow them to share their gifts with society. All the communities I have worked with are near and dear to my heart however there are some communities that I have gained specialization and expertise with. I have learned so much and had experience experience among the health professions (especially medical students and medical residents), LGBTQIA2+, People of Color and Neurodiverse communities. I have helped professionals gain the insights they need during times of career transition, difficulties navigating workplace politics but also assistance with navigating workplace bullying, discrimination, sexual harassment in the workplace. I will provide legal referrals as needed but I am here to help you navigate these deeply personal situations and provide the non-legal support you will need to get you through.
